Job Description Job Description Regional BU (Business Unit) Lead Intelligent Devices Business Region North Gurgaon / Noida - India The Regional BU (Business Unit) Lead for Rockwell Automation's Intelligent Devices (ITD) serves as a business leader, responsible for driving growth and market penetration across a portfolio that includes Drives, Low Voltage Motor Control Centers, Motion & Servo Systems, Distributed and On-Machine I/O, Safety, and Industrial Components. This role compelling, C-level messaging that articulates the value and differentiation of Rockwell's intelligent device offerings. The Business Unit Lead is accountable for maximizing sales performance within the assigned geography, The "Regional BU Lead" will improve pursuits by creating winning specifications, guiding on proposal, pricing and execution strategies, interface with Global Product Business Units, advise on marketing activities, and be a trusted advisor to Customers. You will work in the team with Product BU Leads, Technical Consultants, Solution Consultants and other Regional BU Leads to create a winning proposition for Rockwell Automation.
