About the Role We are hiring a School Implementation Manager to oversee onboarding, training, implementation, and support for the Zene English AI Program in schools. Key Responsibilities - Manage program implementation in partner schools. Conduct teacher onboarding and training sessions.Provide ongoing support to ensure successful program adoption.Build strong relationships with school stakeholders.Track usage, gather feedback, and resolve implementation issues.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and support. Requirements - 23 years of experience in EdTech, education, publishing, customer success, or implementation. Strong communication, training, and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel for school visits and training programs.
