Customer Support & Renewal Executive

We seek a diligent customer-centric Customer Support & Renewals Executive to join our team. The candidate should ideally have experience in customer support and subscription renewals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships through empathy and effective problem-solving. Eligibility criteria 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support and subscription renewals. 2. Be fluent in spoken and written English. 3. Possess empathy and excellent situation-handling abilities. 4. Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Contact existing customers to convince and assist them in renewing their memberships, engage them and explain renewal plans and benefits. 2. Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing queries, concerns and objections professionally and empathetically. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewals, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. 4. Meet renewal and customer satisfaction targets. Preferred Skills 1.
