Job Title: Non IT Recruiter (Accounting & Finance) Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (On-site) Experience: 3-8 Years Shift: US & UK Shift Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Non IT Recruiter (Accounting & Finance) with a strong background in recruiting finance and accounting professionals for US clients. The ideal candidate should have experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing candidates across accounting, finance, tax, payroll, and controllership functions. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Accounting & Finance positions. - Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels. - Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements. - Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Accounting & Finance professionals. - Meet submission, interview, and placement targets while maintaining excellent candidate experience. Required Skills - 3-8 years of US staffing experience, recruiting for Accounting & Finance roles. - Strong understanding of accounting and finance terminology. - Experience recruiting for permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire positions. - Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Solid communication and relationship-building skills. .
