Engineering graduates interested in Technical Recruitment are also encouraged to apply. Program Duration: 12 months Industry: Defence Robotics, Autonomous Systems, IoT Systems, Fire Control Systems, and Training Simulators Program Structure Phase 1 Recruiter Intern (First 6 Months) Monthly Stipend: 14,800 Phase 2 Recruiter Trainee (Next 6 Months) Monthly Stipend: 18,000 Career Progression Upon successful completion of the 12-month program, candidates will be considered for a full-time Recruiter position with a monthly salary of 20,00025,000, based on performance, business requirements, and successful confirmation. Work Requirement Candidate must carry their own laptop for work. Important Note Only candidates who have successfully completed their academic program and are no longer pursuing any full-time education are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or have a notice period of up to 15 days. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to build a career in technical recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to recruit talent for highly specialized engineering roles in the defence technology domain, including Robotics, Autonomous Systems, IoT Systems, Fire Control Systems, and Training Simulators.
