Only Delhi-based candidates with 10-15 years of experience applyOnly candidates with manufacturing/healthcare exposure apply About Our Client The company is a leading player in the manufacturing/healthcare space Job Description Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including customer contracts, procurement agreements, supply agreements, distribution arrangements and service contracts.Providing legal guidance on manufacturing, healthcare and technology-related business transactions.Advising business teams on contract risk, liability management and dispute prevention.Supporting regulatory and compliance initiativesManaging external counsel and overseeing litigation, claims and dispute resolution matters when required.Supporting investigations, policy implementation and compliance programmes.Advising on data privacy, competition law, anti-bribery and corporate governance matters.Support merger, acquisition and strategic business initiatives, including due diligence, transaction documentation and post-transaction legal integration where required.Ensuring legal processes are aligned with both Indian regulations and global compliance standards. The Successful Applicant An ideal candidate profile would be as follows: Qualified lawyer with 10-15 yrs of experienceStrong knowledge of legal and compliance frameworksExperience in managing contracts and legal disputes.Experience in end-to-end transactions (M&A).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
