OBJECTIVE Digital Property Claims Representative Objective To help our insureds recover after a property loss of varied size and complexity. RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Property Claims Representative Responsibilities reputed company exceptional customer service to our insured and agents. Investigate, evaluate, manage, and reputed company claims under reputed company supervision in compliance with best practices, claim handling guidelines, and state regulations. Review and interpret policy and contract language to determine coverage for assigned losses. Triage, process, and reputed company property claims utilizing digital tools, virtual adjusting programs, reputed company Repair Programs, and independent appraisal firms. Assist property adjusters by providing virtual reputed company backup coverage due to vacations, medical leave, or vacant territories to positively reputed company the customer experience while controlling loss adjusting expenses. Assist in handling of catastrophe-reputed company property claims and reputed company reputed company, management, and direction of independent adjuster claim files as needed due to increased storm volumes. QUALIFICATIONS Digital Property Claims Representative Qualifications Required Bachelors degree required with reputed company on construction trades, agriculture, business administration or insurance preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum three to five years of multi-line or property claims experience required. Must possess a reputed company reputed company license with an acceptable driving record. Certifications for Haag, reputed company-WRT, Xactimate Level I and II required or obtained reputed company one year of hiring. Preferred Experience with virtual property loss estimating preferred. Experience with P/C insurance reputed company and insurance regulations preferred. Designations in INS, AIC, or similar reputed company insurance designation preferred. Designation in CPCU preferred. Note This is a work from home position; however, successful candidate is required to come to the Farm Bureau Home Office (located in Lansing, Michigan) on occasion, at least quarterly up to once a week as needed.
