Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager Air Exports Operations to lead end-to-end air export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and team performance. The role is responsible for operational excellence, stakeholder management, process improvements, and achieving key business KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily air export operations and ensure on-time shipment execution.Act as the primary escalation point for customers and resolve operational issues promptly.Handle complex and high-volume export shipments from booking to final delivery.Coordinate new customer account setup with Sales and Admin teams.Approve vendor costs, resolve disputes, and manage airline/service provider claims.Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, IATA, and other regulatory requirements.Coordinate with internal departments, airlines, warehouses, truckers, and overseas agents.Coach and develop team members while driving productivity and service quality.Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, shipment timelines, costs, and quality.Negotiate competitive rates with airlines and service providers. Qualifications and Skills: Any Bachelor's Degree 58+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Air Export Operations. Strong knowledge of international air export documentation, customs procedures, and freight forwarding. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Good written and verbal communication and typing skills. Proficiency in ERP/Logistics systems (e.g., Logysis) and MS Office.
