Job Title: Research Analyst US Staffing Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) Experience: 15 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Analyst to support our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching companies, identifying hiring managers, generating qualified leads, and supporting Business Development and Recruitment teams with market intelligence. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential clients and hiring companies in the US.Research hiring managers, decision-makers, and key contacts using LinkedIn, company websites, and other online resources.Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and contacts.Generate high-quality leads for the Business Development team.Research client requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.Validate and update contact information in CRM/ATS.Work closely with Recruiters and BDEs to support client acquisition efforts.Prepare research reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.Required Skills Excellent internet research and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of the US Staffing industry is preferred.Experience using LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar research tools is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. .
