About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. 2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection, induction, and joining formalities. 3. Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, managing documentation, attendance tracking, and supporting other administrative HR processes. 4. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication activities. 5. Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry developments. 6. Support training and development programs by coordinating sessions and maintaining training records. 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with projects as assigned. 8.
