Physician Operations Director - Hospital Based

Responsibilities Directs and supports the day-to-day operational policies, objectives, and initiatives of multiple hospital-based departments across the system as assigned. Implements and oversees operational activities and programs to ensure the attainment of the business plans. Develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates department operations in accordance with Physician reputed company and hospital policies and procedures. Ensures reputed company department maintains efficient operations and collaborates with physician leaders to manage the overall operations of assigned departments and specialties.
