Workday Agentic AI Architect (Bengaluru)

We are looking for an experienced Workday Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered HR transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM , Enterprise Architecture , Generative AI , and Agentic AI to build intelligent workforce solutions and modernize HR operations. Key Responsibilities - Design and architect AI-powered solutions on the Workday platform. - Develop intelligent HR agents for employee, manager, recruiter, and HR operations. - Integrate Workday with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock. - Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI orchestration frameworks. - Build AI-enabled workflows to improve employee experience and HR service delivery. - Define enterprise AI architecture, governance, security, and responsible AI practices. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive workforce transformation initiatives. - Lead enterprise architecture discussions and mentor technical teams. Preferred Candidate Profile - 820 years of overall IT experience. - Robust experience in Workday HCM implementation and architecture. - Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI platforms and enterprise integrations. - Proven experience in HR digital transformation projects. - Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. .
