Role Overview As a Social Media Executive Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for managing daily social media activities, coordinating influencer partnerships, and ideating, creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that aligns with our brand and helps establish a strong and consistent brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires creativity, solid communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with influencers and content creators. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management - Manage and maintain the brand's Instagram and other platforms. - Create and schedule daily social media posts, stories, and reels. - Monitor and respond to Instagram and Meta messages, comments, and customer queries. - Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. - Maintain and enhance brand aesthetic. Influencer Marketing - Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant influencers and creators. - Manage both barter and paid influencer collaborations. - Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and partnership terms with influencers. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and agencies. - Track influencer performance and campaign results. - Achieve a daily target of closing influencer collaborations. Content & Brand Building - Assist in content ideation and campaign planning. - Develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives. - Coordinate content requirements with influencers and internal teams. - Support brand establishment through engaging and trend-driven content. - Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities. Skills & Qualifications Required Skills - Experience in influencer marketing (both barter and paid collaborations). - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Proficiency in Canva for basic graphic design. - Basic video editing skills for reels and social media content. - Good understanding of Instagram and Meta platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Understanding of social media trends and creator ecosystems. - Creative thinker with strong content ideation abilities. - Strong sense of brand aesthetics and visual storytelling. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
