Details: - Department: Corporate Finance & Investment Banking - Reporting Manager: Partner - Qualification: CA or MBA Core role & responsibilities: - Independently identify and generate ideas and solutions for financial solutions and work with colleagues to identify the opportunities and lead origination meetings - Independently create and manage strong relationships with corporates and fund houses at senior positions - Advise clients on financial solutions including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises - Guide the team in preparing marketing pitchbooks, industry research, business analysis, financial modelling and other deliverables, ranging across various industry segments within given timelines - Manage execution of the transaction, from research, information memorandum preparation, transaction structuring through to execution, documentation and deal closing.
