The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, recommend suitable investment products, and help clients achieve their financial goals while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on buying, holding, or selling stocks and other securities based on their financial goals and risk appetiteAnalyze market trends, company fundamentals, and technical indicators to identify investment opportunitiesBuild and manage client portfolios, ensuring diversification and risk managementConduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing recommendationsStay updated on market news, economic indicators, and regulatory changes (SEBI/SEC or relevant authority)Educate clients on investment products, market risks, and strategiesPrepare research reports, market summaries, and investment proposalsEnsure all advisory activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policiesBuild and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and serviceMeet targets for assets under advisory (AUA) and client acquisitionRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)[Region-specific certification, e.g., NISM/SEBI Registered Investment Advisor, or Series 65/66 license]25 years of experience in equity research, broking, or investment advisoryStrong understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, derivatives, and financial instrumentsProficiency in financial analysis tools and platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, trading terminals)Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSound judgment and ethical decision-makingAbility to explain complex financial concepts in simple termsClient relationship managementHigh attention to detail and regulatory compliance awarenessCompensation Base salary + performance-based incentives (commission on AUA/trading volume, as applicable)Compensation: 18,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
