Requirements (What Were Looking For):Workday Payroll Certification (Required)1+ years experience working with Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL processes (Required)Practical experience handling data loads for Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll (Required)Solid understanding of how to build, populate, and upload Workday inbound EIBs. (Required)Fluent in English (Required)Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trustGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations Recommended internet bandwidth of 20MbpsResponsibilities (What Youll Do):Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools, including EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads.Work with project leads and client templates to map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks.Run validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.Assist in generating data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy to the client and project team before go-live.Collaborate closely with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) to ensure data is aligned with the configured tenant settings.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computeris an Equal Opportunity EmployerA company-configured machine will be shipped upon hireEvery candidate has the right to request the deletion of their data if they are not selectedOriginally posted on .
