They are seeking a Workday HCM Administrator who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday HCM platform, while collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrator for Workday HCM and related modulesConfigure and maintain organizational structures, business processes, security roles, notifications, and workflowsManage tenant setup, testing, migration, and deployment of system changesMonitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of Workday applicationsEvaluate and implement Workday releases, enhancements, and new featuresDesign, configure, and maintain Workday business processes across the employee lifecycleRecommend system improvements to streamline HR operations and increase automationSupport organizational changes, acquisitions, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives within WorkdayDevelop, maintain, and optimize standard, custom, advanced, and composite Workday reportsCreate dashboards and analytical tools to support HR decision-makingEnsure data accuracy and integrity through audits, validation, and ongoing monitoringSupport compliance reporting and organizational metricsMonitor and support Workday inbound and outbound integrationsPartner with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve integration issuesDevelop user guides, training materials, and process documentationTrain managers, leaders and team members on Workday functionality and best practicesTest new functionality, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate production deploymentsIdentify opportunities to improve system efficiency, user experience, and data qualityManage assigned learning content, enrollment rules, prerequisites, certifications, and completion trackingEnsure compliance-related training programs are assigned, monitored, and documented according to organizational and regulatory requirements for internal and external auditsSupport regulatory reporting requirements including EEO, Nevada Gaming Control Board Regulations compliance, labor compliance, and other applicable workforce reporting obligationsProvide guidance and mentorship to HRIS staff and cross-functional team membersMay supervise and provide direction to HRIS & HR Coordinators, or other assigned personnel. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and development of HRIS team members as assignedSkillsMinimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday administration, business process, reporting, learning, configuration, and security management experience desired3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with strong emphasis on HRIS administration experienceExtensive understanding of end-to-end HR business processesStrong Workday Business Process Framework and workflow configurationExperience creating custom Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and workforce analyticsKnowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and wage-and-hour regulationsStrong understanding of HR data governance, auditing, system controls, and compliance requirementsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsAt least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesNevada Gaming RegistrationOccasionally, push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 30lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, emails, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferredCompany OverviewGolden Entertainment owns and operates a diversified entertainment platform, consisting of a portfolio of gaming and hospitality assets that focus on casino and branded tavern operations.
