UBS is hiring for the role of Financial and Regulatory Reporting Specialist! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Perform independent recalculations, validation, and reasonableness checks of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) exposure and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA). Support SA-CCR and FCCM calculations for over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives, exchange-traded derivatives (ETDs), and securities financing transactions (SFTs). Assist in computing regulatory capital requirements under Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) and Standardized approaches in accordance with control frameworks. Analyze regulatory capital treatment for structured transactions and securitization exposures under SEC-IRBA / SEC-SA methodologies. Conduct variance analysis on RWA movements to identify key regulatory drivers (changes in trade populations, netting sets, CSA terms, collateral balances, and add-ons). Identify, document, and escalate data quality discrepancies, unusual exposure movements, or methodological deviations to senior stakeholders. Requirements: Foundational understanding of Basel III / Basel IV regulatory capital frameworks, including EAD, RWA, netting, collateral, and regulatory add-ons. Working knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) methodologies (SA-CCR, FCCM) applied to derivatives and financing transactions. Basic understanding of IRB and Standardized approaches for credit risk RWA, with awareness of securitization capital concepts (SEC-IRBA / SEC-SA). Strong analytical, data reconciliation, and control mindset with close attention to audit-readiness and data integrity. Ability to execute detailed recalculations, variance analyses, and clear documentation of regulatory outputs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to senior team members. .
