RLS to ensure access management. - Performing required call outs, actions or follow ups to ensure data reports are up to date. - Ticket management experience of resolving critical issues within SLA. - Ability to work with business analysis colleagues to discuss and understand real-world problems with business colleagues. - Developing solutions keeping quality, optimization and automation at center. - Coordination and communication with the client teams - Tracking of work request delivery to the clients/requestors - Maintenance of process documents, checklists and error logs - Developing and updating training materials and documents - Conduct training of processes as and when required .
