We are looking for a skilled Clinical Coder with 7 to 10 years of experience in DRG validation to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in clinical coding and excellent analytical skills. Roles and Responsibility - Analyze medical records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures. - Validate data for accuracy and completeness according to regulatory guidelines. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify coding discrepancies. - Develop and maintain expertise in coding systems and regulations. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed. - Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices. Job Requirements - Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical coding, preferably in DRG validation. - Strong knowledge of coding principles, regulations, and industry standards. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and software applications.
