Job Title Sr. Executive/ Manager- Procurement Company Inductus Global (Vertical of Inductus Limited) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Export Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities aligned with export operations. The role requires strong expertise in vendor management, export documentation, and logistics coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods in compliance with international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage sourcing and procurement of materials/products as per export requirements.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international vendors for cost-effective purchasing.Coordinate closely with export and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of goods.Handle complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, LC documentation, etc.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or delays.Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.Resolve procurement and logistics-related issues proactively.Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, shipments, and cost analysis.Required Skills & Knowledge Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor negotiation.Experience of 3-10 years.Have experience into procurement of agri-commodities(wheat, rice, pulses etc)Hands-on experience in export documentation and international shipping procedures.Good understanding of logistics coordination and customs clearance.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Educational Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate equivalent qualification.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Application Question(s): How many years of Experience in agri commodities industries What is your Current CTC What is your expected CTC What is your Notice period Experience: Procurement: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person .
