Designation: Sr. Executive Purchase & Logistics Experience: 5 to 10 Years Must have Industry knowledge in Networking Products (Cisco Routers, Switches, LAN, WAN, Cable, Firewalls) Job Responsibilities: - Create and process Purchase Orders, vouchers, invoices, and bills - Manage transportation, dispatch, and logistics operations - Handle custom clearance and coordinate with clearing agents - Prepare and maintain logistics documentation - Perform bill checking, reconciliation, and transaction processing - Draft official letters and emails - Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams - Ensure timely delivery and compliance with logistics procedures Skills Required: - Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations - Experience in PO, invoicing, billing, and documentation - Familiarity with ERP/MS Excel - Good communication and coordination skills Preferred candidate profile .
