(Master's degree preferred)Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role in the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of construction procurement processes, including sourcing, bidding, and contract management.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and contractors.Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus. .
