- Identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers and subcontractors for the materials, equipment, and services required by the Dubai team. - Evaluate supplier documents (trade licence, VAT certificate, company profile, bank details, certifications) and verify their validity and compliance with UVC requirements. - Register approved suppliers with the company and maintain the supplier database with complete, up-to-date records. - Obtain quotations and prepare price comparison sheets to support purchasing decisions by the Dubai team. - Follow up with suppliers on pending documents, clarifications, renewals of expired documents, and registration formalities. - Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying alternative suppliers and negotiating improved rates and terms.
