Solar trainer

1) Brief about the Position / Responsibilities The Solar Trainer is responsible for delivering hands-on training on solar panel installation and maintenance to students. The trainer will ensure students are workplace-ready with both technical and soft skills by aligning the training with industry standards and employability goals. 2) Key Responsibilities: Train students on site assessment, installation prerequisites, and material arrangement.Demonstrate mounting, wiring, and installation of solar panels.Ensure post-installation system effectiveness.Develop workplace competencies in students.Motivate students for job placement.Conduct internal assessments and soft skills training.Prepare and submit MIS reports regularly.Maintain class discipline, attendance, and referrals for new batches.3) Reporting and Team Reports To: Head of Department / Project ManagerTeam Structure: Will work closely with training coordinators, placement officers, and administrative staff.4) Work Location & Language Spoken Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai.Languages Required: Hindi, Marathi (preferred), and Basic English5) Skill Set In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes.Basic electrical wiring.Proficiency in training delivery methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong classroom management and motivational ability.6) Grade & Salary Grade: As per company policySalary: Competitive; based on experience and qualifications (typically aligned with industry standards for technical trainers)7) Qualification & Experience Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy fieldsExperience: 2 to 6 years of relevant industry or training experienceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 28,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceProvident FundApplication Question(s): 1) How many years of experience do you have in Solar panel 2) Can you work at our center location in Vikhroli (Mumbai) 3)Do you want to work in skill development industry 4) What is your salary expectation 5) Are you open to work 6 days a week Experience: Solar panel: 1 year (Required)Language: English (Preferred)Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)Work Location: In person .
