JOB SUMMARY The Senior Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality process training for the Dental Accounts Receivable (AR) business. This role focuses on onboarding new hires, managing on-the-job training, developing learning content, and partnering with operations to ensure employees achieve the required performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery - Deliver client-specific process training to new hires in the Dental AR business. - Develop and execute training plans in alignment with business and operational requirements. - Ensure training timelines and turnaround time (TAT) commitments are consistently met. - Facilitate refresher training and knowledge enhancement programs for existing employees. Learning Content & Assessments - Design and update training materials, presentations, assessments, SOPs, and process work instructions. - Create engaging learning content and educational resources to support effective knowledge transfer. - Manage knowledge base updates and schedule periodic assessments. Performance Monitoring - Manage the On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Quality Certification Process (QCP) for trainees. - Monitor new hires performance during the initial learning period and provide timely coaching and process guidance. - Conduct training evaluations, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements to training methods and curriculum. Training Administration & Collaboration - Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and learning data with accuracy. - Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to identify training needs and schedule learning interventions. - Prepare training reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Mentor and support new employees to ensure a smooth transition into operations. Experience and Qualification: Experience - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 37 years of experience in the US Healthcare RCM industry with hands-on experience in the Accounts Receivable (AR) process. - Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or learning & development. - Experience in Dental AR training is preferred. - Strong understanding of end-to-end AR processes and the US Healthcare domain.
