Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads for US freight brokerage and logistics services. Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners. Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers to maximize profitability. Coordinate and monitor end-to-end freight movements across the US. Manage load booking, dispatching, tracking, and delivery processes. Analyze freight market trends and pricing to identify business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of shipments, carrier performance, and sales activities. Resolve shipment issues and provide proactive customer support. Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 13 years of experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, freight forwarding, or transportation sales. Strong understanding of US trucking, dispatch, and freight brokerage operations. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
