Senior Manager/Manager - Operations & Supply Chain - Manufacturing Firm

Role : Senior Manager / Manager - Operations & Supply Chain - Manufacturing Firm ( Rugs / Carpets / Textile) Location : Jaipur Job Description: Role & Responsibilities: 1. To Help Build & streamline the Operations & Supply Chain for a Manufacturing Setup. 2. Responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and maintenance. 3. Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic plans. 4. Implement new technologies to improve plant efficiency and product quality. 5. Conduct performance reviews and adjust to meet production targets. 6. Prepare and manage the plants budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with goals. 7. Monitor and help in controlling operational expenses. 8. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and build SOPs for the Supply Chan & Logistics Division. 9. Help in Building SOPs to ensure timely product delivery and maintain strong client relationships. 10. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction. 11. Build capabilities in SCM Operations, including inventory management, supply chain optimization, and logistics coordination. 12. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication and collaboration. 13. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. 14. Build the MIS Reporting system. Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills : 1. B.Tech/B.E. in Textile , Mechanical, Industrial Production with Min 10+ Years of experience into Production & Supply Chain Management with min. 5+ yrs as Plant Operations in Textile Manufacturing Industry ( from a Textile / Rugs / Carpet / Home Furnishings Industry) 2. Strong understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), Change Management, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Production Planning & Control principles. 3. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts such as 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools) and SPC (Statistical Process Control). 4. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by implementing process improvements initiatives 5. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery. 6. Candidates having experience in Textile Manufacturing will be given preference. 7. Candidates should have experience on ERP Implementation and Deployment. .
