Business Analyst (E-commerce / Supply Chain) (Pune)

Job Title: Business Analyst (E-commerce / Supply Chain) Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with robust experience in requirements management, solution design, testing, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have Supply Chain domain expertise and Agile delivery experience. The position requires collaboration with US-based stakeholders and flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when required. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Create user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows. - Manage and prioritize product backlogs using JIRA/Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with business, product, development, QA, and UX teams. - Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, and Agile ceremonies. - Support API integration, data analysis, and product delivery initiatives. Must Have - 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. - Strong skills in Requirements Management, Solution Design, Testing, and Stakeholder Management. - Supply Chain domain expertise. - Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps. - Proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, or Draw.io. - Technical skills: SQL and API Integrations. Good to Have - Prior Product Management or Project Management experience. - Knowledge of E-commerce (B2B/B2C) platforms. - Understanding of business, technology, and market trends. - Exposure to .NET, Angular, Power BI, AI/ML product development, and Prompt Engineering. - Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or PMI-PBA. .
