Job Summary: The Executive is responsible for connecting with clients via calls to understand their professional background, gather detailed career information, and ensure high-quality profile creation. The role involves robust communication, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams to deliver an enhanced CV/profile service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls with clients to collect detailed career information for the service. Understand client experience, achievements, roles, and career goals through structured discussions. Capture accurate and complete information required for profile/CV development. Coordinate with the Resume Development (ResDev) team to ensure quality output. Follow up with clients for additional inputs, clarifications, or approvals. Ensure timely completion of assigned cases within defined TAT. Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly. Deliver a high level of customer experience and professionalism during interactions. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication and probing skills. Robust listening and comprehension ability. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to handle skilled-level conversations with clients. Proficiency in MS Office. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline. 03 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment. Experience in profile building, CV services, or consulting roles is an advantage. .
