We are hiring an experienced B2B Telecaller to generate qualified sales leads for a software company by engaging senior decision-makers in the BFSI industry. Job Profile - Make outbound calls to enterprise decision-makers (CXOs and senior management) in Banks, Financial Services, and Insurance companies Introduce the company's software solutions and create interestQualify prospects based on defined criteriaIdentify business opportunities and decision makersSchedule meetings and product demos for the sales teamMaintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM or tracking sheetsFollow up with prospects until a meeting is confirmed Job Details - Role: B2B Lead Generation TelecallerWork Mode: Work From HomeEmployment: 3-Month Contract (with potential to extend or convert to full-time)Calling Hours: India business hours onlySalary: 20,000 - 30,000 per monthExperience: Minimum 1 year in a similar B2B telecalling or lead generation role Skillset Required - Prior experience in B2B lead generation through outbound calling. Non-negotiable.Experience speaking with enterprise decision-makers, CXOs, and navigating gatekeepers (Executive Assistants, PAs, Office Administrators)Strong ability to qualify leads and book sales meetingsExcellent spoken and written EnglishProfessional, confident, and persuasive communication skillsSelf-disciplined and comfortable working independently from homeExperience in software, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise technology lead generation will be preferredExperience calling BFSI organizations or enterprise accounts will be an added advantage .
