HR Executive (Generalist)

Urgent Opening in Manufacturing Industry !!! Position: HR Executive Location: Cochin Qualification:Bachelor's Degree (MBA/MHRM/PGDM in HR preferred) Experience: 23 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing company Salary : Up to 3.5 Lacs We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with around 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Generalist activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end recruitment and onboarding * Maintain employee records, HRMS, and personnel files * Prepare HR documents (appointment, confirmation, experience & relieving letters) * Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs * Support PF, ESI, and labour law compliance * Coordinate employee lifecycle activities * Handle employee queries and engagement initiatives * Coordinate training and performance appraisal processes * Prepare HR MIS, recruitment trackers, attendance, and headcount reports Requirements * Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance * Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Office (Excel) * Basic knowledge of labour laws (PF, ESI, etc.) * Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory; the ability to speak Hindi is required.
