The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.Track employee attendance, leave records, and employee movements.Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.Assist in employee exit formalities, relieving letters. Required Skills Good knowledge of HR processes and office administration.Experience in recruitment coordination.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Good coordination and follow-up skills.Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Must be a team player team Player.Must have the Bike and DL. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree.Experience with MS Office, attendance tracking.Good kannada And English Speaking. .
