Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with the HR team in Dubai.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and shortlist suitable applicants.Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.Coordinate pre-employment documentation, offer letters, and onboarding activities.Support induction and orientation for new employees.Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.Prepare HR reports, letters, and other employee-related documentation.Coordinate employee engagement and training activities as required.Support attendance and leave administration when required.Manage office administration, stationery, office supplies, and vendor coordination.Coordinate courier services, travel bookings, and other general administrative requirements.Ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR and administrative records.Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.Compensation: 12,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Current SalaryExpected SalaryNotice PeriodWork Location: In person .
