Job Title: Junior HR Executive Experience Required: 34 Years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive with 34 years of experience to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR processes and labor compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding - Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level positions. - Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. - Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. - Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Employee Records & HR Administration - Maintain employee files and HR documentation. - Update and manage employee data in HRMS systems. - Prepare employment letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents. - Ensure proper documentation and record management. Attendance & Payroll Support - Monitor employee attendance and leave records. - Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing. - Verify attendance, leaves, and employee data before payroll submission. - Address employee queries related to attendance and payroll. Employee Engagement - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Support employee welfare initiatives and grievance handling. - Help maintain a positive and productive work environment. Compliance & Policies - Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures. - Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records. - Support audits and compliance-related documentation. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred. - 34 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment. - Knowledge of HRMS software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Skills Required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Problem-solving and coordination skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Industry Experience - Real Estate, Construction, IT, Manufacturing, or Service Industry experience will be an added advantage. Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
