Preferred candidate profile - Core 3-6 Years Experience in HR Generalist profile (Telent Acquisition and HR Operations. - End-to-end recruitment experience. - Hiring for engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, EPC, or technical roles. - Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and social media. - Employee onboarding and documentation management. - Attendance, leave, and employee records administration. - HR policy implementation and employee communication. - Grievance handling and employee support. .
