Job Description: ob Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for the school. The candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records. Preference will be given to candidates from the education or service industry. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff. Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding formalities. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities. Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR MIS reports. Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities. Handle joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities. Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements. Ensure implementation of HR policies and school discipline standards. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Required Skills Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Familiarity with attendance and payroll processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Good coordination and organizational skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 2+ years of HR experience. Experience in school/education sector preferred. Positive attitude with positive stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. .
