Purchase Manager - BOP and Outsourcing (Thane)

Job Title: Purchase Manager BOP & Outsourcing Location: Sonipat Company: Arjan Impex Pvt. Ltd. CTC: 6 9 Lakhs per annum Reporting to : Head - Procurement About the Role We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager focused on BOP (Bought-Out Parts) materials, outsourcing, and sourcing of ready-made finished products. Strictly from relevant industries: Stainless Steel Utensils, Houseware, Kitchenware, Sink Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, HoReCa supply manufacturing, or allied sectors. Key Responsibilities Procurement of BOP materials (components, fittings, packaging, hardware, etc.) Vendor development for outsourced manufacturing Sourcing and commercial negotiation of ready-made finished products Cost reduction and price negotiation Development of alternate vendors for critical items Ensuring quality compliance and avoiding in-house rework Handling rejections and vendor claims Monitoring inventory levels with production & stores Strengthening purchase documentation and contracts ERP-based purchase tracking and reporting KRAs Cost optimization in BOP and outsourced procurement Multiple vendors for each critical product Timely material availability Quality compliance of outsourced and ready-made products Solid vendor base across locations Qualification & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) 510 years experience in BOP procurement & outsourcing Strong negotiation and vendor development skills ERP knowledge and strong MS Excel proficiency Interested candidates from relevant manufacturing industries only may share their CV with current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period details at hrho1@arjanimpex.com .
