Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize spend management, improve quality, and reduce costs across various categories such as construction, IT services, marketing, professional services, etc. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results through effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Analyze RFQs/RFXs from vendors to identify key requirements and develop comprehensive responses that meet business needs. Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services. Job Requirements : 6.9-12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement leadership roles within BPO/Call Centre industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Strong understanding of global sourcing principles, including category management best practices for construction materials/IT services/marketing campaigns/professional services. .
