SOC & NOC Analyst (Kochi)

Role & responsibilities - Monitor alerts generated by SOC and NOC tools. - Perform first-level analysis and ticket creation. - Escalate incidents based on defined procedures. - Monitor server, network, endpoint, and application health. - Support vulnerability remediation follow-up. - Maintain operational documentation and shift reports. - Participate in 24x7 monitoring activities. - Monitor and manage security and infrastructure alerts. - Perform incident triage, investigation, and escalation. - Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams. - Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking. - Monitor network, server, cloud, and endpoint security events. - Prepare operational and security reports. - Support audits and compliance activities. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents. Preferred candidate profile: - Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Windows & Linux Fundamentals - Security Monitoring Concepts - Endpoint Security Tools - Network Monitoring Tools - Incident Ticket Management - Basic Cloud Concepts - Cybersecurity Fundamentals - SIEM Monitoring - EDR/XDR Solutions - Firewall & Network Security - Windows/Linux Administration - Active Directory & Identity Management - Security Incident Investigation - Network Monitoring Tools - Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, etc.) - Basic Cloud Security (AWS/OCI/Azure) .
