Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and enterprise applications while ensuring seamless data flow and system performance. Candidates with strong Core HR functional knowledge and experience working on HR Tech integrations will be highly preferred. Must Have Skills - 6-9 years of overall IT experience - 3+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Integration experience - Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts - Strong PL/SQL development and optimization skills - Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Reports - Quick Formula - Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR) - REST & SOAP Web Services - XML & JSON data formats - Integration development using Oracle HCM tools - Experience across Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Key Responsibilities - Design, develop and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external applications. - Build, enhance and troubleshoot HCM Extracts for inbound and outbound integrations. - Develop integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Create and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports. - Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages and queries for HR data integrations. - Develop Fast Formulas for HCM Extracts. - Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs. - Work with XML and JSON data transformations. - Perform unit testing, integration testing and defect resolution. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions. - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of integrations. Preferred Skills - Oracle HCM Functional knowledge (Core HR) - OTBI Report development - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms - GitHub & Jira - Agile methodology - Oracle HCM / OIC Certifications Education - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Looking For Candidates who have worked extensively on Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with strong expertise in OIC, HCM Extracts, PL/SQL, and Core HR. Candidates should be comfortable working on end-to-end HR integration projects involving Oracle Fusion HCM and enterprise applications. .
