Job Post - Oracle HCM Technical Consultant Experience :- 2-5 years Location :- Ahmedabad or Bangalore (Work form office) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 2-5 years of experience, primarily focused on Payroll reporting, along with exposure to Core HR, Absence Management, and other HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools and the ability to develop, customize, and support reporting and integrations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Payroll reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBIWork on Core HR and Absence Management modules for reporting and technical enhancementsHave good knowledge using HDL (HCM Data Loader), REST/SOAP APIsPerform data conversions, data migration, and mass updates using HDLCustomize HCM applications using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) (preferred)Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutionsCollaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security policies Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Technical)Strong expertise in Payroll Reporting (Mandatory)Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI ReportsWorking knowledge of Core HR and Absence Management modulesExperience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)Understanding of HCM data structures and tables Good to Have Skills Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for HCM customizationsKnowledge of integrations using OICExperience in end-to-end HCM implementation or support projectsExperience with HCM Extracts .
