We are Hiring Medical coding (IP DRG Coding) Experience - 4 to 6 years experience in Medical Coding Work Mode - WFH Specialty - IP DRG Skills - IP Facility, DRG, IP Denials. Certification - CPC / CCS / CIC (Mandatory) Key Skills: Over 4-6 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong background in coding audits Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Medical Terminology In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes Strong understanding of healthcare billing, denial management and reimbursement processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and team members. Familiarity with coding software and electronic health records (EHR) Organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or coding issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
