Position: Executive Recruiter / Senior Recruiter - BPO Company Name: 2COMS Consulting www.2coms.com Location: Salt Lake - Kolkata Experience: 12 years in BPO recruitment (Executive) 36 years in BPO recruitment (Senior) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for customer service, voice, non-voice, technical support, and back-office roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities: - Source, identify, and attract qualified BPO candidates - Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies to find top talent - Build strong relationships with potential candidates - Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer - Maintain accurate records and reports - Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment activities as required. - Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases. Requirements Requirements: - 1 to 5 years of experience in BPO recruitment - Strong understanding of BPO recruitment processes. - Expertise in sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting) is add on advantage - Robust negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels. - Target-driven and results-oriented - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite .
