Provide training, support, and documentation for clients during onboarding. Analyze data, prepare reports, and support project managers in execution. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate resolutions. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of implementation tasks. RequirementsRequired Skills MBA in Operations, Systems, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and client-interaction skills. Basic understanding of software systems, workflows, or technical concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or any technical tools (added advantage). Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
