Profile : Sourcing Specialist Exp. : 2 to 6 Years Location : Noida ( 135 Sector ) Mode : Work form Office ( 5 Days ) Timing : Day Shift Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and other stakeholders. Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT). Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
