Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interview steps for a variety of roles and levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding activities, tracking recruitment metrics, and using recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates. The Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions and adherence to ethical, inclusive hiring practices. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, experience, and role fit objectively.Understanding of Employer Branding and the ability to support brand-building initiatives across job postings and candidate communications.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent sourcing.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote environment.Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. .
