Role :NON IT Recruiter Location : Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai Exp: 2+Years Responsibilities: Handle End-to-End Recruitment process. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requirement understanding to onboarding. Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking. Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements. Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews. Handle salary negotiation and offer release process. Follow up with selected candidates until joining. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate database. Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. .
