Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients by promoting Demat & Trading Accounts. Generate business through direct sales, referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital leads. Achieve monthly revenue, acquisition, and activation targets. Cross-sell financial products including Mutual Funds, IPOs, Margin Trading Facility (MTF), Bonds, and other investment solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI, Retail, and Corporate clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate tie-ups. Follow up on leads and ensure successful client onboarding. Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support teams for smooth account activation. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, and daily MIS reports. Stay updated on stock market trends, investment products, and competitor offerings. Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company policies during client acquisition. Required Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of stock markets and financial products. Experience in Demat Account acquisition or financial product sales. Ability to build and manage client relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools. Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any discipline. 6+ years of experience in: Stock Broking Fintech Wealth Management Banking NBFC Mutual Funds Insurance (Financial Product Sales) NISM Certification will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in client acquisition and revenue generation. Existing network of HNI or retail investors is preferred. Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
