Department Overview Are you interested in being a part of a transformation to build a best-in-class sourcing function Do you have experience in leading strategic sourcing initiatives across critical business categories Do you want to work alongside senior leadership in a high-impact, fast-paced environment to drive tangible results and help shape the future of McDonalds Duties Lead multi-category indirect sourcing across IT - Consulting & Advisory and IT - Managed Services, Professional Services aligning priorities with business stakeholders across markets. Deliver value through category strategy, strategic sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management across a diversified portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Develop category strategies for categories responsible for. - Run end-to-end RFx events; analyze TCO/should-cost; negotiate commercial and legal terms with suppliers across varied categories. - Establish SRM and governance mechanisms; manage QBRs, KPIs and continuous improvement with strategic suppliers. - Develop stakeholder engagement plans; influence and align leaders on sourcing strategies and change management. - Drive compliance with sourcing policies, ESG goals and supplier diversity initiatives. - Leverage e-sourcing, spend analytics and contract management tools to improve speed, transparency and outcomes. Qualifications - 812 years of Indirect Strategic Sourcing experience across multiple categories with proven results. - Bachelors Degree (BE or equivalent) required; MBA preferred. - Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills with executive stakeholder management.
